At FOXXY DRIP, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

Eligibility for Return

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original boxes or packaging.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Return Process

1. Go to the My Orders section on our website.
2. Select the item you wish to return and click on Request Return.
3. Our team will review your request and schedule a pickup within 2–4 working days.
4. Once the product is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

Replace

After successful inspection, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
